What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00.
Check-in and check-out are self-service. Details will be provided by email after your booking is confirmed.
How many guests can stay?
Up to eight guests can stay. Children under three may share a bed free of charge, but infants and toddlers are included in the guest count.
Can we stay with children?
Yes. The whole-villa layout is well suited to families and groups.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, and the kitchen is available for use.
Are cookware and seasonings provided?
Basic cookware and tableware are provided. Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are available; please bring any other seasonings you need.
Are pajamas provided?
Pajamas are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.
Can we have a BBQ?
Yes. You can enjoy BBQ-style cooking on the covered terrace using the electric griddle, regardless of the weather.
The electric griddle is placed in the kitchen for your use.
Is cleaning provided during longer stays?
Mid-stay cleaning is provided only for bookings of four nights or more.
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, please contact us at least one week before your stay.
Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are not permitted out of consideration for the surrounding environment.
Can we bring pets?
Pets are not allowed.
How many cars can park on site?
Free parking is available for three vehicles. Please note that the entrance is on a slope, so low-clearance vehicles should take extra care.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a supermarket about 15 minutes away by car.
